Thank you for shopping with Róis Scottish Sea Glass. Every piece is handmade with care, and I aim to send your order as quickly and safely as possible.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

If an item is made-to-order or requires additional time, this will be clearly stated on the product listing.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

  • Canada

  • Australia

  • New Zealand

If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact me before placing an order.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

For USA orders, any applicable tariff fees are added at checkout alongside the postage cost.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on postal services and customs processing:

  • UK: 2–5 business days

  • USA: 7–14 business days

  • Canada: 7–14 business days

  • Australia & New Zealand: 10–20 business days

Please note that delays can occur during busy periods or due to factors beyond my control.

Tracking

Tracked shipping options are available for customers who choose to upgrade at checkout.

If you select a tracked service, you will receive tracking details by email once your order has been dispatched.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes charged by their country.
Róis Scottish Sea Glass is not responsible for delays or additional charges caused by customs.
