Refunds & Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with Róis Scottish Sea Glass. Each piece is handmade with care, and I want you to be happy with your purchase.


Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery for a refund.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition

  • Items must be returned in original packaging where possible

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of handmade jewellery, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Custom or personalised orders


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • I recommend using a tracked service, as I cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit


Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact me within 1 week of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

I will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.


Lost Parcels

If your parcel is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact me as soon as possible.
For tracked shipments, I will assist with submitting a claim to the postal service.


Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, please contact me first to discuss availability and options.


Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, provided the item has not yet been dispatched.
